Forging Elite Fitness
CrossFit – Our bread and butter. A 60 minute high intensity functional fitness class is programmed for general physical preparedness combines all the best proven methods to create well rounded physical well-being. CrossFit is intended to be broad and inclusive; workouts involve cardio, gymnastics, power lifting and olympic style weightlifting.
Our workouts are constantly varied so present a new challenge each day, ensure you never get bored, and are continuously improving. This class will push those who seek to improve overall health and longevity as well as those who hope to step onto the competition floor.
*Additional programming for specific goals and skill development can be purchased as an add-on to any of our memberships.
CrossFit Foundations
Introduction for Beginners
CrossFit Foundations – A prerequisite to our CrossFit class is a three-session small group foundational course. These sessions are 60 minutes each and involve movement assessment, skill development, and a workout. You and an expert coach will discuss the CrossFit methodology, go over all your specific questions, communicate previous injuries or limitations, all to ensure your safety and success!
*Completion of all 3 Foundational classes is required for new members that do not have prior functional fitness experience.

Classes are held early each month on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00pm. The cost for all 3 classes is $95.
Unable to attend our monthly classes or don’t want to wait for the next month? We do offer a flexible schedule alternative for $150. Please contact us for availability.

CrossFit Kids
Fun Engaging Challenging
Our CrossFit Kids program offers its participants a head start on creating a healthy lifestyle, encouraging a love of fitness and an understanding of the impact of nutrition. Our program teaches kids foundational movement patterns through fun and engaging games and providing endless opportunities for success. The movements we teach are infinitely scalable and suitable for any child regardless of their current fitness level. Our goal is to help kids achieve a healthy lifestyle by moving their bodies and enjoying exercise.

1-On-1 Programming and Guidance
Personal training at Seaward CrossFit is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one setting.
Whether you are someone with specific goals like losing body fat, looking to perfect a skill, prefer the one-on-one experience, or just have a busy schedule. We will custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness pursuits while accommodating your schedule — Private Training is a fantastic outlet to accomplish your fitness goals.
One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you. We can also offer nutritional support through the assistance of a registered dietician to help you achieve optimal health.

HYROX
The Sport of Fitness Racing
As an official HYROX Affiliate, our fitness program comes directly from HYROX. Each 1 hour class is focussed on improving your health and fitness through the 8 functional fitness movements you would perform at a HYROX race. Run, Ski, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Row, Farmers Carry, Lunge and Wall Ball your way to a healthier you.
