UPCOMING EVENTS
2025 Open
- Open Workouts are completed at Seaward on Saturday’s from 7:00am-10:00am with heats scheduled every 30 minutes.
- Please reserve your spot ahead of time via the Wodify app or drop-in link.
- Warm-up at least 30 minutes prior to your heat start time. Suggested warm-up and area will be located outside.
- If you need a judge, please organize beforehand as a judge might not be available on the day. Contact us here.
- Fight Night Lights (6:00pm) is reserved for the Seaward Championship Cup participants. All are welcome to watch.
- If you need to complete the Open workouts outside of our Saturday schedule there are 2 options:
- Reserve an Open Gym time and complete the workout outside
- Purchase a 1:1 private training session and complete the workout outside of regular class times.

HYROX PERSONAL FITNESS TEST – MARCH 29
HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’ F” T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your fitness level is at. It is also a great indicator to help you decide which division you should sign up to at the next major HYROX race event:

OFFICIAL HYROX TRAINING CLUB
Seaward CrossFit is now an official HYROX affiliate. We are currently offering classes 3 times per week so come join a class if you would like to find out what HYROX is all about.
