2026 Open

2026 CROSSFIT OPEN

Seaward CrossFit will be participating in the Open workouts for the 12th year. We will be running a very similar program to previous years. Here are some of the important things to note:

Open Workout Review with Coach Nicole – Thursday, Feb 26, Mar 5, Mar 12 @ 6:00pm

  • Free event with everyone welcome

2026 Seaward Cup Friday Night Lights – Friday Feb 27, Mar 6, Mar 13 @ 6:00pm

  • 1 person from each team can complete the workout
  • Free event with everyone welcome to spectate

2026 Open Workout Heats – Saturday February 28, Mar 7, Mar 14 7:00am-10:00am

  • 30:00 heats, arrive 30:00 prior to your heat time to complete the warm-up
  • Reservations are essential via StreamFit app
  • Drop-ins contact us at least 24 hours beforehand if you need a judge
  • Heats are available for all athletes, whether they are officially registered in the 2026 Open or not

6 WEEK NUTRITION PROGRAM | JAN 12, 2026 – Feb 22, 2206

Tracking macros made me more accountable and more aware of what I am putting into my body. This was my second 6-week challenge of 2025, and each time, I lost meaningful fat and gained muscle, while my workout regimen stayed the same – proof of how crucial nutrition is. My plan is to continue the Macrostax program for at least another 3 months to see what can happen. I learned that I was consuming too much fat, not enough protein, and not enough fiber. A functional fitness program specifically designed for people over the age of 50.

Focus: Mobility, Strength & Cardio.
New to CrossFit? This is like our foundations course but more in depth and geared for 50+.

When: Monday & Wednesday, 9:30am – 10:30am

Dates: Monday, January 12th – Wednesday, February 18th

Themes: Hinging & Pulling // Squatting & Pressing // Core & Lunging // Jumping, Hanging & Upside Down
