HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’ F” T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your fitness level is at. It is also a great indicator to help you decide which division you should sign up to at the next major HYROX race event:
Sign up for our next PFT event below. A new heat will start every 10 mins, so choose your heat time, sign our waiver and sign up via HYROX to see your results.

MORE DETAILS:
1) ARRIVE 20-25 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR HEAT TIME. This will allow you enough time to check-in and warm-up. (We will be sending out an optional warm-up via email a couple days before the event.)
2) REVIEW MOVEMENT STANDARDS BEFORE THE EVENT. (We will be sending out an optional warm-up via email a couple days before the event.)
3) BRING A WATER BOTTLE/ BE HYDRATED.
4) YOU MUST BE AT THE STARTING LINE, TO RUN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR HEAT TIME STARTS. If you are late there is no guarantee that we can fit you in. So, manage your time and be respectful of others.
