Weightlifting, Front Squats, and Gymnastics 02.02.2015

We hope you guys got some rest over the weekend. Everyone, including us, looked like these sleepy little dudes on Friday and Saturday.

Fitness:
3 Front Squats + 1 Push Press to daily max
*Keep rest to 1:30 between sets

12:00 AMRAP
5 Pull-Ups
5 HSPU (Stay strict as long as possible, then go to negatives.)

Competition:
Snatch as high as 1×90%
*Strive for no misses. Make pretty lifts. Cut it off early if needed.

Clean & Jerk as high as 1×90%
*Strive for no misses. Make pretty lifts. Cut it off early if needed.

Front Squat 2×80%, 2×1@85%

12:00 AMRAP
5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
5 HSPU (Stay strict as long as possible, then go to kipping.)
