Three rounds of:
Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest


The intended stimulus is to be light and high rep but it is ok for today to use the rx’d load even if the weights are challenging. If athletes cannot do more than 5 reps unbroken with any of the movements the load should be reduced.

If an athlete cannot jump on a 20″ box, they can perform step-ups or decrease the height of the box.
