Even rounds: 8 Back Squat

*Same weight for each
*65% of 1RM Front Squat


Every 2:00 for 5 sets:

3 Front squat + 1 thruster
*Start the first set with a light load and build to a max over the course of the 5 sets.

**0:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, 8:00


Build to max set of 8 back squats in 3-4 attempts

*As a guideline aim for 60,65, 70% of 1RM
