The goal is to increase loading slightly each set. Score is total volume of weight lifted.

(If you do 5 reps at 200 lbs you have lifted 1000 lbs.)
All sets should be very challenging. Failing one set is acceptable but not encouraged. The goal is to increase loading slightly each set. Score is total volume of weight lifted. This is not a 1 rep max testing day, do not go light on the prior 4 sets to leave energy in the tank for the last set.
