Back Squat (Build to heavy set of 2)

Record your heaviest set of 2 for future reference

Metcon (5 Rounds for weight)

Every 3:00 for 15:00 (5 sets)

Back Squat

Set 1: 10 reps (55-65%)

Set 2: 8 reps (60-70%

Set 3: 6 reps (65-75%)

Set 4: 4 reps (70-85%)

Set 5: 2 reps (80-90%)
All sets should be moderately challenging given the number of reps.

Accessory Work

20 Banded pulls to toes

20 Straight leg toes to kettlebell

1:00/1:00 Spiderman stretch
