Goal should be to complete the round of 10. Scale as needed to keep moving.
*Reduce load to a light to moderate load with which the athlete can do at least 10 reps consecutively.
*Reduce height so that athletes can maintain consistency. This can include jumping onto a bumper plate if needed. Do NOT perform step-ups if at all possible.
