This workout is performed in “Death by” fashion. Rx starting weight 185/ 135 adding 10 lbs every round. record heaviest set of 2.
When you reach failure reduce the load down in the same fashion that you built up
Start at a starting weight that will allow for a build up for at least the first 10 sets (~40-50% of 1RM)
New athletes can choose to use same load for entire workout.
