OWNER | HEAD COACH
Always drawn to athletics and as a teenager I became infatuated with the training that creates the athletes. As I transformed my own body and lifestyle through the diving into the sport of wrestling. I admire those who aren’t afraid of hard work and discipline. Those were truly some formidable years. After a short stint in the corporate world I left to share my passion for health and fitness. It is truly a dream come true to be doing what I do everyday.
My hope is to show people they can reach their peak self-expression being able to move freely and that through discipline they can do whatever they set their minds to. There isn’t much that excites me more than seeing others surpass their own thoughts of what their body or mind is capable of.

GENERAL MANAGER | COACH
Back in 2005, I was unhealthy, overweight and unhappy. I needed a change, so I started eating healthy, joined an outdoor Bootcamp in Atlanta, and in just a few months I dropped 4 sizes and finally felt good in my own skin. After a few years as a Bootcamp instructor, I needed a bigger challenge, and CrossFit Atlanta definitely gave it to me. Soon after, BTB CrossFit opened and I started my long running CF journey. Now, I have over 6 specialty certifications in group training, personal training, weightlifting, nutrition, running/endurance, rowing and more. I quit my full time job as a radio show host, and took over BTB as general manager, and also joined staff with CF weightlifting seminars, which has allowed me to travel around and train numerous athletes all over the SE region. Weightlifting is my passion, and I love helping athletes improve their lifts and form.
I have 2 little guys at home who continue to keep me active. I cannot wait to meet each and every one of you in class!

I started coaching CrossFit in 2016 but developed my teaching/coaching philosophy during my many years of elementary school teaching and martial arts instruction. I am fascinated with the technical side of movement and share my own understand with athletes in a way that makes sense to them. Being able to use an individual athlete’s current understanding and relating that to improving or learning new concepts is the key. Build upon what they already know really helps the process.

I started CrossFit as an athlete in 2011 and began coaching in 2017. I came in to CrossFit with a back ground of exercise formed from being in the Marine Corps, coaching high school football, and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. CrossFit quickly tied these three areas together into something that made sense. I started learning about my body and how to be more efficient, how to repair it, and how to take better care of it. Yes the workouts were challenging but I could achieve fitness on my own terms with support and coaching. CrossFit was certainly very challenging but showed me a path to build myself up better than before. All I had to do was keep showing up, listen, and put in my best effort every time. CrossFit gave me a community of people who wanted me to succeed, never judged, and provided a great environment to achieve my fitness goals. As a coach my goal is to make sure every athlete has an opportunity to get better every day regardless of their level of fitness. The beauty of CrossFit to me is having a class of athletes of all ages working to the best of their individual ability. I want our athletes to challenge themselves, encourage others, have fun, and most importantly come back the next day ready to do it again.

Olivia has had an interest in movement all her life. This has serviced as a body conditioner, athletic practice, and a mental health cleanser. It was only until an injury that kept her from pursuing those essential movement needs, that it opened her to a world of helping others in the same dire situations. Now, functional and pain free movement for all is the focus.
Her movement repertoire ranges from dance, competition cheerleading, to dabbling in group fitness and yoga. In 2013, her yoga path began to mature as she apprenticed teaching Ashtanga in New Zealand which brought a wealth of learning in the way of observation, mindfulness practice, and the concept of moving with the breath. In 2018 she earned a Mental Health First Aid certificate to supplement her understanding of mindfulness and awareness around this space.
This path continued as she began teaching yoga to CrossFit athletes and learned a new love of strength training, bringing balance to her flexibility practice. This in turn led to her acquiring her CrossFit Level I.
At the end of 2019 Olivia and her family moved back to Florida where she began pursuing a career path as a CrossFit Coach and a personal trainer in functional movement.
When she’s not exercising, Olivia enjoys learning, drinking a strong cup of coffee, nature walks and playing at the beach with her husband and son.
