The CrossFit Games Open comes around every year. It is a chance for all CrossFit athletes to join together and workout with people in your gym and on the other side of the world. The workouts will be announced on the Thursday at 8pm (EST).
Registration: January 14 – March 28, 2016
The Open begins February 25, 2016.

For five Fridays, the schedule will look a little different. Everyone in participating in the open will need to have an individual judge during the workout. To better manage the athletes, equipment and judges, the Friday afternoon classes will be in 30 min blocks. A maximum of 8 people will be assigned to each block. The judges role is to make sure all of the reps are performed to the standard and to score your workout. You are responsible for entering your score into The Open website before the following Monday at 8pm (EST).
There will be available judges during Saturday’s Open Gym time. Please organize this with the coaching staff prior to Saturday’s class.
