Squats and Sleds 12.12.2014

Back Squat
6 Working Sets of 4 Reps
*These should be 6 heavy sets, but not maximal. I’d be happy to see all six sets uncomfortably heavy, yet completely manageable, rather than 5 mediocre sets working up to a daily 4RM.

5 parking lot trips (down and back) of sled dragging (not Prowler pushing)
*As heavy as possible while still maintaining heel to toe walking
