If you don’t have GREAT OHS position, just treat this as skill and position.

ALL: Overhead Squat (2 sets, max reps at 100% of snatch balance)

If these aren’t legit reps, I’ll throw things at you.

ALL: Metcon (Weight)

15:00 EMOM

1 clean deadlift + 1 clean pull @ 100-105%
