1:00 Row for Calories
1:00 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Push Press
1:00 Box Jump Overs, 24″/20″
1:00 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 32kg/24kg
1:00 Rest
*Stepping down on box jump overs is encouraged.
*Select kettlebell/dumbbell weights which alow you to move consistently each minute. You should net at least 15 reps each set.
*SDHPs are best performed with kettlebells. If this is not an option, use 75#/55# barbells.
