150/120cal Bike or row

100 Thrusters (115lbs/75lbs)

600m Run each person, relay style broken into 200m.
*Accumulate the calories on the bike/rower and the thrusters in any fashion with only 1 person working at a time.

*1 person runs at a time on the run. After completing the run they tag in the next person. Each person will run 3 times.

Fitness

100/80 cal bike or row

75 Thrusters (manageable weight for 10+ unbroken when fresh)

400m Run each person, relay style broken in to 200m.

Accessory Work

:20-30 Handstand holds

OR

5 Minutes max Handstand walk meters
