In teams of 2:

4 rounds

400m sandbag run (60/40)

30 sandbag hang power clean (60/40)

30 sandbag over burpees

*Both partners run, alternate sandbag as desired. For cleans and burpees, 1 partner working at a time, alternate as desired.

**If team of 3, rounds and runs stay the same, but reps go to 45.
