35:00 to heaviest 3 rep power clean in the following format:

3 power clean (start at 55%, build)

6 push-up

9 air squat
Must complete all 18 reps before increasing load, rest as desired between “sets”. If heaviest load is reached prior to 30:00, drop load to 85% and work “drop sets”.
