Dumbbell Front Squats (50/35)

*Partner A works while partner B rests. When BOTH partners complete the round of 10 then move to 9. So on and so forth.

Accessory Work

100 Band seated rows

50/50 Hammer curl

*Partition however you wish

Overtime

Every 2:00 for 3 sets

3 Hang power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch

*Use 65-70% of 1RM snatch

*Performed from low hang (knees)
