Nutrition Coaching and Personalized Programming

Are you tired of gimmicky supplements, diets, and workout routines that don’t work or take your specific needs into consideration? We are too!

Chuck and I have both wasted a lot of time and money trying different diets, supplements, and crazy “plans” to lose fat. It wasn’t until we started doing our own research, listening to our bodies, tracking our food, and getting our endocrine system back in shape that we started seeing improvements in our body composition. Oh, and guess what, we weren’t athletes in our youth. In fact, Chuck and I where what you might call chunky adolescents and we both had a pretty tumultuous relationship with our bodies through our teens and early twenties. We did everything you shouldn’t do and we learned our lessons the hard way. We don’t want you to have to do that. We know the struggle and we can and want to help. In fact, all of the coaches at Seaward CrossFit desire deeply to help you reach your fitness goals.

That’s why we are teaming up to provide you with a few program options that will help you change your body composition via exercise, medical intervention if necessary, and nutrition coaching.

1. Nutrition Basic – $225 for 3 month Setup, then $75 ($50 for Seaward CF gym members) / month
  • Once a week check in and correspondence
  • Nutritional Education Guide
  • Supplement review and suggestions as needed
  • Paleo Food List and Food Pyramid
  • Customizing macronutrient needs based on activity level, workouts, body composition and goals
2. Remote Workout Programming Only – $225 for 3 month Setup, then $75 / month
  • Weekly workouts sent to you on Friday of the week before
  • Weekly review of training progress
  • Correspondence once weekly and as needed throughout the week
3. Nutrition Basic and Remote Workout Programming – $375 for 3 month Setup, then $125 / month
  • Nutrition Basics Program
  • Remote Workout Program
  • A complete health and fitness program individually tailored to your needs

4. Macronutrient Setup – $65 ($50 for Seaward CF gym members)

  • Complete macros calculated with no more guesswork
  • Based on a nutritional questionnaire
  • Results emailed to you within 5 business day
  • Nutritional Guide and suggested food list included
  • Readjustments may be required if results plateau, recalculation of macros is just $20
