*Every 1:30 perform 2 reps.

*The first work set should be on the lighter side and allow for a build up across the 7 sets. Build up to a heavy load without sacrificing good mechanics.

For Time: 30 Snatches, 135# / 95#
*Squat is not necessary

Fitness considerations:

– Lighter load, ~5 reps unbroken when fresh

– Hang snatch
