Walk Out to Spinal Extension x 3
Lizard to each side (Hold x 1 minute, elbow to ground if possible)
Extended Side Angle (Hold for 10-20 second per side)
*hand on shin, thigh, ground, etc as mobility permits. Focus on opening chest to ceiling. But don’t force anything.
Pigeon to each side (hold for at least 60 seconds)
Forward Fold (hold for 60 seconds)
Eagle (arms only)
