In teams of 2-4, 15:00 to accumulate as many “reps” as possible:
*Each movement counts as 1 rep. Ideal class size would break down to 3 teams of 4. Partners may rotate as desired, but must finish an entire “rep” individually. Multiple partners may run the 400m at a time.
