*This is not recovery or simply aerobic development. Go hard. Since we only have 3 rowers, this will be in wave starts based on the athletes of the first wave making it to the 1k row point before the next wave begins their runs. After a general/brief warmup, stay lose and warm and hit mobility until your wave starts.
