40 KB hang power snatch (55/35; 20 reps per side)

24 pull-ups

400m run

20 KB hang power snatch (55/35; 10 reps per side)

12 pull-ups
This is based on a 2010 CrossFit Games workout that was “Pyramid Double Helen”. Alternate KB snatch as desired.
