Squat clean (185lbs/125lbs)

Ring muscle up

*10 minute time cap. Modification is encouraged over hitting the time cap.
Clock will continue to run and everyone will start part two at 12:00

Metcon (Time)

21 – 15 – 9 for time:

Squat clean (115lbs/75lbs)

Chest to bar pull-ups

*10:00 time cap, again choosing an option that allows successful completion is strongly encouraged.
