ALL: Front Squat (6:00 sets of 2 reps @ 33X3, build load)

ALL: Metcon (Weight)

5 sets

3 power snatches

8 strict hanging leg raise to “L”

*Take 1st set with load on power snatch and build each set as desired. Record heaviest set of 3, rest as needed between sets.
