1 building block sandbag front rack carry (60/40)

30 sandbag deadlift (60/40)

1 building block sandbag front rack carry (60/40)

30 sandbag hang power clean (60/40)

1 building block sandbag front rack carry (60/40)

30 sandbag squat clean (60/40)

1 building block sandbag front rack carry (60/40)

*Sandbag must be carried in front rack, partners may swap sandbag as desired.
