10 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Thrusters, moderately heavy
10 Burpees
1:00 Rest

Sprint every round. Weight on thrusters should be light enough for the athlete to complete every round smooth and unbroken (no pausing) but at the limit of that ability.

If you’re doing “Grace” tomorrow and it’s an important benchmark for you, ignore the note from above and either:
a) Scale the weight on thrusters to something “light” for you.
b) Cut the time to 10:00
or
c) Some variation of those two combined.
