Max calories on bike

8 Wall walks

18 Ball slams (40/30)

80 Double Unders

Run 200m

REST 2 minutes

*score is calories on bike


Reduce weight of ball slams if needed.

120 single unders

Everyone should complete the 200m even if walking is needed.
