60 cal Row

60 Slam ball over shoulder

60 Burpee

400 m Sled drag as heavy as desired

*Reps may be partitioned as desired. Row and slam ball will involve one partner working at a time. All partners cam burpee at the same time.

**Score equal pounds on the sled times rounds. Multiple partners may pull on the sled at one time. GO HEAVY!
