From a coach’s perspective, there is no better feeling than sharing our clients triumphs as they achieve their goals. And as a coach, we understand the frustrations, dedication and hard work that goes into reaching each and every goal!
No matter where on your journey you are, we all face the same demons: losing motivation or direction, giving in because you don’t feel like you are improving or you feel like you’re not getting anywhere. We know! We’ve been there and, in many instances, are still there!
Through our own personal experience as coaches and athletes, we have repeatedly seen, and used, this system to stick with and achieve goals. The system requires thorough planning and setting achievable milestones by identifying your priorities and working within your natural tendencies to make it easier to achieve your goals. It’s no secret. It’s all about working WITH not against yourself!

To introduce this program, we are holding a 2 hour workshop that is compulsory to everyone participating in the challenge.
