ALL: Back Squat (3×10@90% of 10 rep)

Keep beautiful, drop load if needed.

ALL: Handstand Push-ups (5:00 max reps strict)

NO kipping. If no strict HSPU, work a difficult progression. Low reps are okay.

ALL: Metcon (Calories)

In even teams:

10:00 max cal row

*Must swap athletes every 10 cals, ALL athletes on team must complete 4 perfectly vertical burpees for each transition.
