ALL: Back Squat (5×6 Increase load from last session.)

ALL: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

15:00 AMRAP

In teams of 2:

20 Front Rack Lunges (2/1.5)

20 Butterfly Situps

Reps must be partitioned in sets of 10. One partner working at a time. Ex: Partner 1 completes 10 lunges. As soon as Partner 1 is done, Partner 2 does 10 lunges. Then Partner completes 10 sit-ups, etc..
