(arms overhead, fold forward, half-way lift to flat back, step back to plank, lower to ground, up-dog or cobra, down dog)

low lunge stretch side to side

(then turn and stretch over extended leg)

seated pigeon

lying pigeon

forward fold

straddle (clasp hands with external rotation and fold forward)

straddle and stretch side to side

single leg saddle

archer arms

thoracic opener lying on block or balls

lying with block under hips/knees bent and feet together

block under hips/legs up

shavasana (corpse pose)

Spend remaining time working with Coach on individual gymnastic homework or soft tissue issues.
