Powell Raise – 20 (10/10)

3-Point Dumbbell Row – 16 Reps (8/8) AHAP*

Arch position hold (superman) – :20

*AHAP = As heavy as possible

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 Minute AMRAP:

4 Ring Rows (or pull-ups)

6 Push ups

8 Alternating DB Snatch (4/4)

Rest 1 minute then REPEAT!
Get outside your comfort zone and push yourself!
